Welcome to the congress booking platform.

Through our official partner agency, Amiconi Consulting SA,  Swissmedic has pre-booked rooms in different hotels in the city of Lugano.
All hotels are located within a walking distance of max. 15 minutes from the venue

All participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and accommodation during the meeting.

Rooms will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The room contingents will be available until 15th August 2024. After this date, all hotel rooms will expire and Swissmedic has no longer the possibility to organize accommodation and availability can no longer be guaranteed.

The number of rooms is limited. It is therefore worth booking your room early.  

Hotel rooms are available from 15th to 18th September 2024. If you need pre- or post-nights, if you have special requests (extra beds, wheelchair accessible rooms, baby cots or other), please contact info@amiconiconsulting.ch.

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), per the selected stay, including breakfast and VAT.
Please note the cancellation conditions in each hotel's description ("i" bubble) and on your booking confirmation.

Guests can request a free Ticino Ticket at check-in, a ticket for public transport in the Lugano/Ticino region valid for the duration of their stay.
