Welcome to the congress booking platform.

As official housing agency of the congress, Amiconi Consulting SA has blocked a contingent of hotel rooms in several hotels to guarantee accommodation for all congress participants. Selected hotels have different star ratings, positions, and prices to meet the different needs of each participant.

Rooms are offered on a first come first served basis, we recommend participants to book their accommodation as soon as possible in order to find the best accommodation for them.

Hotel rooms are available from Wednesday 13th to Saturday 16th March, 2024. If you need pre- or post-nights, if you have any special request (additional beds, wheelchair-accessible rooms, baby cribs, or other) or if you are booking for a group (more than 5 people) please contact info@amiconiconsulting.ch.

Rates are in Swiss Francs (CHF), and include breakfast and VAT, if not differently specified in the "i" info bubble.

Guests staying in appointed hotels, hostels or campings in the Ticino Region and subject to the full tourist tax can request at the check-in a free Ticino ticket, a public transport pass valid in the Lugano/Ticino region for the duration of their stay.
