Thanks to this dedicated platform you can register for the event and proceed with payment in a few simple steps.

The registration includes the following:
- Full access to the conference
- Lunches
- Dinners
- Opening drinks on the first day

PRICING:

Early bird registration fee: CHF 600 (incl. 8.1% VAT), valid until 31.12.2024
Late registration fee: CHF 750 (incl. VAT), valid from 01.01.2025 to 03.02.2025
On-site registration fee: CHF 900 (incl. VAT), valid from 04.02.2025, payable only by credit card.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

The organiser must receive one completed registration per participant and the corresponding payment by the indicated deadline.
Cancellations are accepted until 31.12.2024.
A refund of the registration fee (deducted an administrative fee of CHF 20) will be granted for cancellations notified up until 31.12.2024.
From 01.01.2025 no cancellations will be accepted, the paid amount will not be refunded.
